1.3 Amendments

1.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
2. Account Registration

2.4 Account Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.5 Chargebacks and Reversals

Where fraud is confirmed, krkya11 reserves the right to pursue recovery of the disputed amount through all available legal channels.
5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses are subject to the general terms in this section as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general bonus terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Welcome Bonus
Available to new Players on their first deposit. Subject to the wagering requirement specified at the time of claim. Must be opted into at the time of deposit — cannot be applied retroactively.
Reload Bonuses
Weekly reload promotions available to verified Players who have completed at least one prior deposit. Reload bonuses are credited to the Bonus Funds balance and are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Right to Modify or Withdraw Promotions
krkya11 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. In cases where a Player has already opted into a promotion, krkya11 will honour the terms that were in place at the time of opt-in, unless the promotion was made available due to a technical error or in breach of these Terms.
6. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

6.1 Player Obligations
As a registered Player, you are obligated to:
- Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date account information at all times.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

krkya11 employs real-time fraud detection and AML monitoring systems. All transactions and wagering patterns are subject to automated and manual review. Where suspicious activity is detected, krkya11 reserves the right to freeze account funds pending investigation without prior notice.
7. Account Suspension & Closure
krkya11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion. Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time.
7.1 Suspension by krkya11
krkya11 may suspend a Player's account — temporarily or permanently — in any of the following circumstances:
- Suspected breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering.
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from a Player's payment provider.
- Detection of multiple accounts held by the same individual.
- Court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.
Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the Player's funds will be held securely and not forfeited unless the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms. krkya11 will communicate the reason for suspension and the expected resolution timeline where permitted to do so.
7.2 Voluntary Closure by Player
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure request, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used verified withdrawal method, provided all KYC requirements have been met. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.
7.3 Self-Exclusion
Players who feel that gambling is becoming problematic may activate self-exclusion from their account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 1 week to 5 years, or permanent closure may be requested. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed during the selected period. 8. Limitation of Liability

8.2 Game Results
